Bond of Christopher Aynesworth, William Holden of Lyvesey, and Laurence Aynesworth of Plesington (Lancs.), son and heir of George Aynesworth, yeomen, to Robert Leyver in the sum of £40 to be paid at Whitsuntide next to secure the performance by the said Christopher of the award of Ralph Wadyngton, Richard Haworth, William Haworth, and Myles Whalley, arbitrators chosen to decide a dispute between the said Christopher and Robert concerning the right to a "mease" and certain land and tenements in Lyvesey (Lancs.), now in the holding of John Shaghe. Given on 25 April, 18 Henry VIII.
